NATIONAL VISION
David was born in the state of Virginia in 1969. While raised primarily on the east coast, the artist as a child for many years spent his summers on the west coast in California with other family members. He saw how trends started in California and was able to watch them reach the East Coast. The country was very small from where he sat daydreaming at the airplane windows. Now the artist dreams of meeting the American people on the ground and talking about what makes America great. Heatwole envisions inspiring America to do great things, and to think about alternative solutions to everyday problems.
Heatwole plans for National arts involvement and advocacy
Mission: I aim to help the country strengthen her Morale. Help create jobs and encourage national production growth. I will also improve the United States reputation Internationally by strengthening our arts and sharing our talents with the world.
Problem: The United States for better or for worse has earned a pretty poor reputation over many years thanks to many varying factors that really don't need mentioning here. While Americans are still welcomed abroad one will find that in most countries our once earned favorable popularity isn't as strong as it once was.
Solution: Clean house and strengthen the team. Do this in a manner that will encourage the citizens of our county to come out and participate in making a change. Use the arts as a vehicle to engage the American public that is waiting for a change. Be the change that Americans of all ages, of all ethnicity can appreciate.

On the road again - promoting the vision on this truck
On Saturday the 26th of August at "A big truck community play day" located at the Berkeley County Sherrif Office in Martinsburg, WV the community was invited to add their hand-prints to the bottom of this truck. It was a blast of a time. Especially watching the motor cycle club add their prints to the truck.
We are now looking for morning television show hosts to add their prints to the truck on the air with the help of David Heatwole and Oleg Salcutan. Help make this part of our dream a reality and be part of the change that will elevate the arts in America.
